Fit First Boot Camp is ran by a dynamic, experience team to meet the needs of all individuals in a group setting. Each camp will vary from class to class to challenge and stimulate every major muscle group, increase heart rate, challenge the core muscles, and improve balance. The camp is designed for all ages, size, gender, and fitness level. Each workout is challenging, fun, and exciting.
